Privacy Policy

Read how Meet You handles browser-tool entries, server logs, contact emails, article publishing data, cookies, sharing, and privacy choices.

Meet You is an independent meeting-guidance website. This policy explains what information the current website processes, where that processing happens, and the choices available to visitors.

The current service has no visitor accounts or behavioral analytics scripts. Text entered into the eight meeting tools is processed in your browser and is not submitted to the Meet You application server. An optional third-party push-notification service may load for returning visitors as described below.

Information processed when you use the site

Browser-tool entries

Agenda text, salaries, time-zone offsets, one-to-one prompts, decisions, actions, and meeting scores entered into a tool are calculated and formatted by JavaScript on your device. The tool code does not submit those entries to Meet You. Copy, download, print, and native-share actions happen only when you choose them; a selected browser, operating-system, or destination app then handles the information under its own terms.

Routine request logs

The web server or hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, requested path, date and time, referrer, user-agent string, and technical error details when it delivers a page. These records support security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliable operation.

Messages you send

If you email Meet You, the message may include your address, name, organization, and any information you choose to provide. It is used to answer the request, investigate a correction or problem, and retain an appropriate record of the exchange.

Publishing and storage systems

Docs Library imports

The publishing job authenticates to the Docs Library for the exact meet.you folder. It retrieves approved article text and cover images, then stores publication fields in the site's MySQL database and local media storage. This editorial workflow does not receive visitor tool entries.

Scheduled articles

Approved articles may be queued into Monday, Wednesday, and Friday publication slots across a 26-week horizon. Titles, descriptions, article text, image paths, source identifiers, and publication dates are retained as publication records.

Generated and editorial visuals

Site images are editorial assets optimized as WebP files. The current browser tools do not upload visitor entries or meeting material to an image-generation service.

Cookies, notifications, analytics, and advertising

Local storage and current cookie use

The public site does not provide visitor accounts or intentionally set behavioral-analytics cookies. It stores a last-visit time and the most recent push-permission outcome in your browser's local storage. That local state lets the site delay the notification service until a return visit and does not contain text entered into a meeting tool.

RollerAds push notifications

For a returning visitor, Meet You may load the RollerAds push-notification service from sdk4push.com. The service receives the meet.you source label and any click_id in the page URL. It may also process ordinary network and browser details and the subscription information required to request permission, deliver notifications, and attribute the service. Tool entries are not sent through this integration.

Permission and control

Push permission is optional. A browser controls the permission prompt, and you can deny it or later revoke notification access in your browser or device settings. If permission is granted, notifications may include promotional content delivered by the provider.

Future features

Before adding accounts, behavioral analytics, form submissions, or another material collection feature, this notice must be updated to identify the information, purpose, provider, retention approach, and available controls.

Retention, security, and your choices

Data minimization

Do not place confidential, regulated, credential, health, or other sensitive information into a tool or email when it is not necessary. Local processing reduces transmission, but it does not make the device or copied output automatically secure.

Retention and safeguards

Technical logs, correspondence, and publishing records are kept only for operational, security, editorial, legal, and continuity needs. Reasonable access and technical controls are used, but no internet service or device can promise absolute security.

Access, correction, or deletion requests

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights over personal information. Contact Meet You with enough detail to locate the relevant correspondence or record. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

Scope, changes, and contact

Workplace audience

Meet You is intended for people planning and running workplace meetings. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly provide child accounts or profiles.

Policy changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised last-updated date. New collection practices should be described before they begin, not hidden behind a later notice.

Privacy questions

Use the contact page to ask a privacy question or report a concern. Include only the information needed to identify the issue.

Our standard

We aim to be specific, transparent, accessible, and useful without overstating certainty. If the site falls short, use the contact page so the page or tool can be corrected.
